Chris' approach is to make sure every patient is fully educated about their injury, the recovery process, and the prevention of future injury. He uses numerous treatment approaches that include Mulligan technique, McKenzie approach, Active Release Technique, muscle energy, therapeutic taping, and numerous myofascial/soft tissue techniques. In addition to manual intervention, an individual therapeutic exercise program will be incorporated to maximize the recovery process.
